What’s Next

I look around at a sea of boxes, I have one whole room left which probably won’t take long, and then the last of the wall hangings. And then the collectibles. Wrap and pack!

I started this entry this morning, got interrupted. We have jumped in and gotten more done, confirmed the pickup of the truck in the afternoon of Thursday. But I still have the wrap and pack to go. Lots happening, sorting and labeling, washing and storing. Most of the kitchen is put away.

Maybe I should take book 6 to the library tonight to donate. If nothing else to look at different walls, not so barren and empty. Between the house and todays politics, it leaves me sad. Elders and their kin lost during worship and a leadership that thinks we need to be guarded at all times to be safe. And he, in his position of power, is all right with that.

Hate is infectious, I know that to the bottoms of my feet. He is spreading it faster than any group can clean it up and it is feeding those monsters that thrive in the dark. Before he is done, none of us will be safe, especially not from his enemies, his friends, and his idea of justice.

On a better note, one of hope, please vote! I truly don’t care who you vote for, but use the right, don’t give them a single reason to limit even further the number of people allowed to vote. Governments are always in the business of grabbing more power for governments and the American People need to be on guard against their government grabbing power out of their distracted hands.
