Weather changes and seasons

Much like the seasons here on earth, on NewEarth the weather and seasons follow a pattern, but then the pattern is not always neat and clean. A frozen storm in the middle of fall can melt and leave a muddy dead autumn in its wake, or spring can arrive latter than expected. Summer can be cold and windy instead of hot and dry. However there are in the Combined Territories, 4 distinct seasons.
