Truck Day

We have reached the point where we need to start filling the truck in order to pack the last of our items.

Fortunately this was the day we are scheduled to pick up the truck. My head is spinning with “do not forgets” and “focus on this first” messages, so naturally I sat down to compose a blog post.

I cleaned out our trash cans so I am using them to transport all our shoes. Finding enough containers is going to be interesting, I am almost out of boxes.

Sometime last night I remembered that our ottoman that is filled with DVD’s has to still be packed up. ‘Out of sight out of mind,’ I guess.

How many other surprises are waiting?

Shawn keeps reminding me that we can make a second trip and do all the cleaning and take the last of anything that is left, but I don’t want that to be because I didn’t have everything ready.

Wish me luck, we are beginning… and the next adventure awaits! Oh and to make things interesting, it is raining, the ground is wet, there will be mud!
