Trissy

Before Trissy met Heron in the flesh and she was following the impulse of a dream, moving when the separation between mates made staying still intolerable, she had no idea what was happening. It was like an illness, a fever she could never shake and after being so sick, surviving all those deaths and saving her sister, she had every reason to question her own sanity. Can you imagine what a relief it must have been to discover that Heron was real, he was alive and she had not gone crazy? All that taken into consideration you can see why she stuffed her own needs in a box and tried desperately to give Heron what he needed. Something inside her must have been terrified that if she angered him, that silent urge to go, to seek and find might return and who knows where it might lead. She is an incredibly brave character, resourceful and loving. I am very glad Heron turned out to be a good guy.
