The Nicest People

It seems that wherever we go we always meet the nicest people. When we traveled back and forth from Alaska and Chicago, we used to marvel over how genuinely nice people were. On this trip to Denver, we have met so many wonderful people, all willing to share a smile, a good wish for the day and a kind word.

Things do not always go according to plan, people are often in a rush consumed with their own thoughts and worries and I really appreciate it when they pause and give a moment of their time. Spending this time with other writers is so valuable as inspiration, but also as a chance to make connections and learn. Meeting so many strangers in a different setting might be intimidating but these people are such fun and so kind.
