Romping among Dragons
The dragons have a very pragmatic view of sex outside of a mating bond. They don’t place a lot of importance on it aside from it being a biological need that should be fulfilled. Males and females issue an invitation if they are interested and it is either accepted or rejected. It only becomes important if something disrupts the natural flow. Most dragons seem to prefer to romp during flight, some have other preferences which are negotiated before hand. Consent is expected and force is unacceptable which as we all know, does not exclude it from reality. In some ways, dragons are not better than humans after all.
