Plans Change

A whole mess of snow fell on us over night and into this morning. Yesterday I got caught up in writing and our plans for dinner got sidetracked between ice and time. Did I mention that the sky snotted on us and it froze? You should have seen the truck all glazed and dripping with ice. It was impressive and I would have taken a picture, but my head was stuck in the computer.

Anyway we rolled the roast today and are taking it over to my parents. I’ll tell you later how it comes out. Needless to say I am not getting much writing done when most of my energy is focused on snow removal. For everyone stuck in the white stuff: stay warm, stay dry, stay safe.

As an aside, you really have to pay attention to where the snowblower is aimed. 😂
