Pia the Drummer

Pia has many amazing features, her ability to drum is probably the most mysterious. She is not a Heartsinger, releasing the pain trapped in people’s minds with songs that push out the negative by enhancing the positive emotions. No, she vibrates with the rhythms of the planet, and the planet will vibrate with the force of her emotions. The two have a connection that is beyond what others see or experience. She can guide a troubled heart to beat out the negative emotions trapped inside them. A couple of future books will focus more on that, but Pia can also ease worry, make the connections between beings clearer, and enhance the presence of the planet to others. She is the drummer of the planet’s heart and while she discovers what that means with the help of her mate and the council of dragons, others will be stunned to learn of her power.
