Apple cinnamon tea 2bags teatley tea, two apples quartered, 4tsp sugar, 4 cinnamon sticks put it all in a pot with water, boil until apples are cooked. Keep adding water until it is the strength you want. For added flavor, add one bag of holiday tea, any kind.

We do not live in a perfect world and terrible stuff can happen anywhere, but as human being we need to remember that we all have one nose, two eyes and opposable thumbs for a reason.
