Inspections

We were lucky enough to get on a list for a furnace inspection. This is to make sure our system is properly maintained, in good working order, and to recommend any work that might need to be done. Being in a new house this is particularly important and it was not very expensive when compared to a service call.

He was able to check the air filter, tell us how often it should be changed. He cleaned up all the furnace connections, gave a once over on the water heater which is also gas. The nice man inspected all the vents, showed me where all the cold air returns were and we set an appointment for him to do the same service for the air conditioner. It was great, very helpful and a service I highly recommend. I also gave him a signed copy of Heron’s Bonds to give to his mother.
