House Warming

A great friend of ours had a unique idea for a house warming gift. I picked out the colors and he is painting the downstairs rooms, what will be our library and the sitting room. He not only brought the paint, tools, and other necessities, he brought company for the job.

We are thrilled to have his company, but also thrilled that the painting is getting done. By the time spring arrives and we are building the library and setting out our books, the room will be ready. Friends like Jack are a treasure more valuable than gold. I cannot think of a better housewarming gift that he could have come up with.
