Holidays

The best part of the holiday for me is family. Cooking for family, getting the family gifts, having fun with family, and catching up on news and stories. We are a diverse group, and while we may not be all in the same house, the same state, or even the same country, we all enjoy knowing a little something about what everyone is doing.

The hardest part of the holiday is putting everything away, and going back to the routine of life. I am fortunate and have a few extra days, a chance to relish and enjoy. We are not looking forward to that last part and will put it off as long as possible.

So to everyone near or far, reach out and let your people know who you are, what you are up to. Everyone’s life will be richer for knowing. After all, you are a light, shining in the dark and while alone, it is not much, but joined with others, we shine bright, strong, and unwavering.

No matter where you are, read a book for fun, read to a happy place, and dive into one of my stories.

ps. Leave a review, I need them.
