Heron’s Bonds Review
This wonderful reader gave Heron’s Bonds 5 magnificent 🌟
”The story of New Earth continues with Heron, and how he finds his mate, Trissie, along with Trissie’s four year old sister. How they struggle to be a loving couple while adjusting to being so close to another person, not just physically, but mentally as well.
The author shows a planet that is sentient, and how she tries to guide the new colonists to live a better life, free of prejudice, pollution, and condemnation. As an example, the people considered the dragons as dumb animals, just beasts. The dragons thought the same of the people.”
”Now Grabon has declared his territory and built his nest. Five of his dragon friends have come to visit and maybe decide to stay. IF Grabon accepts them. They must first succeed the tests he has set for them.
It was Heron who formed a bond with Grabon the dragon. The both learned each other’s language and traveled together for thirty years, teaching each other.
People’s minds are being changed about dragons as they observe how similar they are to people. Other people’s minds are changed about other people and things as well.
There is so much more I could say, but I won’t, although I can truly say that this was a great book and I can’t wait to begin book number three.
Also, I love Grabon.”
