Heron

Have you noticed that while Grabon is growing into the position of Territory Dragon, Heron seems to be assuming a leadership role as well? His role begins to expand again in book 5, Grabon’s Nest, and gets larger still in the following books.

Heron is a fun character to write, some human thinking, some dragon and a whole lot of male reasoning. As he builds the bond with Trissy in Heron’s Bonds we see him struggle to find his footing in a new mated reality. As Tad and Hess find their mates and build their bonds he adds to the wisdom of the clan.
