New characters come into the story. There are lots of people coming in to Grabon’s Territory by book 4. They come for the market, to buy, to trade, to see what humans really look like, to see dragons up close. It is an opportunity, a curiosity and it is controlled by that powerful territory dragon and his human companion as well as their clan of both humans and dragons.
