Now that the 4th book is out, I can tell you that it was heartbreaking to write. To answer a few questions I have already been asked, yes I knew someone with giantism. Did you know that now they can treat it once it is detected? No, Golly is not based on someone I know, but rather came together in my fertile imagination.
