Head Cold

So naturally as the cold of winter is giving way to better weather my head decided to entertain some random virus and give it a temporary home. My throat is scratchy, my head is full and I sneeze and cough a lot to keep it hopefully out of my chest.

All that being said, it made me realize that I need to give a couple of the dragons a head cold. They need to feel grumpy, have their ears crackle with internal congestion messing with not only their hearing but their balance.

Can you imagine a dragon with a head cold flying? Think of how cold and hot you feel as your body fights off a virus and imagine what a dragon’s tail will be doing instead of supporting him or her as he or she sits.

The amount of snot and drool a human can produce when fighting with a virus is astronomical, not imagine with a dragon size head and cavity space for sinuses. Griss of course has some great treatments, but I am going to have so much fine writing about this.

Does anyone have any other descriptions besides the dry cracked skin Of the lips and eyelids, loose bowls, and explosive sneezes? I welcome suggestions to add to my notes.
