Finding a Mate

Since dragons go awandering at fifteen cycles, educate themselves and become fully mature around fifty cycles, when do they start searching for a mate? That is an interesting thought. Dragons sexually mature at twenty-two to twenty-six cycles, so probably sometime after that, but they start dreaming and fantasizing about their potential mate as youngsters. The dragons have a much more concreate understanding of the planet and how she functions, pairing up couples to keep them sane, untwisted, and focused on serving her needs. This understanding is something the humans lack so far on NewEarth, but that will come over time. Remember they are still considered new arrivals as far as the dragons are concerned. Humans have much to learn to be considered equal to the dragons.
