Dragon Colors

Mia tells the story in a later book, and she does it much better, but someone asked why my humans are brown and my dragons are colored.

Good question. My humans are brown because they came from earth from all corners of the planet and matched according to skill, need, love and survival. Their offspring, children, youngsters and following generations were various shades of brown with curly hair. While a little boring, it makes sense. The dragons are on the opposite side of that, in the beginning they were all one color. To designate service to the planet she gave certain dragons colors. Later she gave certain dragons markings. Those colors and markings have an infinite number of combinations.

That is why my humans are brown and my dragons are colored with tattoo like markings. Not to mention it looks good in Athena’s pics.
