Cold

It was not my intention to miss a few days on the blog, but the snow fell, the temperature dropped, snowplows dumped snow at the end of the drive, and Jo sent me a packet for book 7 – so I have been busy.

We found the local Costco, yes one of my favorite stores. Of course I am a fan of most stores, even if there is nothing to buy. You almost have to have lived in an isolated place to appreciate the value of stores. Trust me, they are good!

Book 7 is steaming along. The characters and I are impatient but Jo, my editor, is doing a complete job and needs time. Look for book 7 in February, I am unsure of when it will be released because we are still working on it. For those of you who are waiting, I am sorry about the delays.

More on the origin story, the prequel later today. The Grabon’s Nest giveaway was a success. To everyone who downloaded a copy, I hope you enjoy it. After you read, please leave a review.

Stay warm everyone, be safe and happy reading!

Here’s a different take on your love of stores. My good friend, Paul Faulstich, a Jesuit stationed in India for nearly 20 years, had the opposite reaction to food stores!
He was so used to eating the bare minimum of food, as most Indians do, that he’d get sick to his stomach in food stores — too much! too many! Really, almost physically
sick. He’s been back in the States for quite a while now and can manage grocery shopping, but it took him years to get over it! I think Bakers Square pies were a big
    help to him!

    Please don’t support Costco single-handedly!
