Coexist

Up until Grabon and Heron are able to communicate, dragons had a myth about the human offworlders who had come to camp on their world. They believed the humans were an inferior species saved by an enterprising off world organization brought to the planet for shelter. Closer to beasts than people, they were terrified of everything, running and hiding and lacking curiosity and patience. They lived in only a small area, clumped together in groups. They were not even considered a threat unless one was not paying attention when they threw something. The humans had been on their beloved planet two hundred cycles, yet had made no attempt to communicate and establish themselves.
