territory move on to another. This is one of the reasons young dragons move from territory to territory looking for a place they can fit in. However once committing to a territory they are bound to follow those rules, so long as they stay. If they stay and break the rules, they are subject to judgment by the territory dragon, if they leave, they are generally wished a good journey. If a territory dragon attempts to force his people to stay, he himself is considered twisted. That is a very dangerous thing to have a twisted territory dragon.
