Book 8

I worked on the Newsletter and started putting things together for book 8. I completed the story in 2014 and I have done some self-editing, but not in the last year, so I wanted to make sure I sent the best descriptions to Athena, my wonderful talented illustrator, as she begins to work on the cover.

It is a great story, Jommy’s Flights, and has some memorable characters. It is another romance and the main characters are dragons. I have no doubt that readers are going to cringe over parts, sniff over others and if I write it well, they will sigh with pleasure at the end.

I will say that in Jommy’s Flights, the reader gets to know more about the planet. That is an advantage of reading the stories in order, each one builds on previous knowledge, building the larger awareness of the planet and the complex dragon society.

      I think they are both really good, and I am hoping to get 7 out by the end of March. We’ll have to see. The goal is for me to have 8 out by my three year anniversary of leaving Alaska, June. Maybe we can make that work.
