Blogging

So I grew up without computers, long before the Information Age was underway and I have read a ton of articles about blogging. They tell you how to pick a singular theme, stick to it, draw in your audience, and entertain them with spin offs of the same thing. There is a load of advice on how to write things out ahead, how to plan your blogs, put them in some semblance of order and make it significant for the reader.

Yeah, I don’t do any of that. Sometime between one thing and another I stop and blog, sometimes writing two or three posts, sometimes just one, depending on what my brain is working on and my current disposition. My understanding is the blog is supposed to let readers connect with me, so here it is, I am ruthlessly organized with some things, not so much with others.

A great example is sometimes I write a blog post and forget to put it out on Twitter or Facebook, so it sits like a sad and lonely lost cousin with no one to play with. Then I find the poor pitiful thing and send it out like the others to play and cause problems.

If you want me to blog about something, send in a comment. I can at least think about your topic, otherwise I blog about the moment, my thoughts, the cows and my dog. I blog about NewEarth, my characters and avoiding a full scale species conflict.

Mostly I blog about my life, my love of humanity, animals and family and how very honored I am to share this journey with so many of you.
