Bathroom

Anyone who has moved into an older home knows that setting the bathroom can be a chore. In this case we needed to remove an old established and broken shower rod, find and put up a curtain that I can enjoy. We naturally settled on two: one for inside the shower and a different for outside, giving a layered look. We put up shelves, installed our stuff and a rug or two. This is the result.

We are tackling one room at a time until we hit the need for a professional. In the case of the bathroom, we have a new exhaust fan and light to go in, but Shawn, who has trouble taking his 45 steps on flat even ground, is not going into the attack to install a fan in a tight cramped space. And needless to say, I am not going into an attic that could be home to eight legged inhabitants with large teeth or other imagined attributes. So we are moving on to the living room and looking to hire someone with mad fan instillation skills.

We are definitely making progress!
