Promotional and Giveaway Items

On occasion, I will send promotional material and giveaway items to those that provide a mailing address. However, your mailing address is not required when signing up for my Newsletter. If you would like to be included in my physical mailings, please provide that information below, and check the box that says, "Include Me for Free Stuff". If you live outside the US or Canada, or you have an APO address, please use the Contact Julia form and indicate that you would like to receive Free Stuff. Make sure to include your physical mailing address in the Comments field.
