My books are filled with food ideas, but here is one that would never make it to NewEarth. Portobello mushrooms, shredded fake crab meat, mazerella cheese and a little parmesan and butter, margarine, or oil. Mix it all together and stuff in mushroom cap along with chopped stem. Bake at 400 until golden brown.  

The spookfest of Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. Not only can you dress up, but candy is involved. From candy corn to mini candy bars, I love those sugary snacks. If I can find a way to create a holiday with my favorite features, I may include that on NewEarth. As of now it doesn’t fit, but you never know.

Now anyone who knows me is aware that I read. I am seldom found without a book stashed in my bag or in my hand. I read fiction and non-fiction, classics and popular fiction. I read romance, science-fiction, fantasy, contemporary and pretty much anything. I read the news, I seldom watch it. I read for learning, articles and books and I read for pleasure.
