My list today is shorter, but no less important. Modern medicine is a winner on my list from antihistamines to antibiotics, heart transplants and cures for cancer. I am a fan of medicine, healing and research.

Orange juice is a great thing to add to black tea, it not only adds flavor and sweetness it enhances the flavors well if you add ginger and other spices. Of course fresh orange does the same, but the juice can be concentrated. On a cold night, add spiced rum.
