My list today is shorter, but no less important. Modern medicine is a winner on my list from antihistamines to antibiotics, heart transplants and cures for cancer. I am a fan of medicine, healing and research.

Orange juice is a great thing to add to black tea, it not only adds flavor and sweetness it enhances the flavors well if you add ginger and other spices. Of course fresh orange does the same, but the juice can be concentrated. On a cold night, add spiced rum.

I live on a farm with a donkey in the fields and a whole lot of cows and calf’s. This morning the donkey, for a reason known only to the donkey, decided to roll in the grass and fell asleep. A curious calf came along… licked the donkey’s belly. The poor thing jumped up onto his feet looking entirely outside his own skin. The calf licked his lips and wandered…
