Five Friends

Grabon’s five friends come in to visit, to check out Grabon’s newly claimed territory knowing that in the past they challenged him to claim a territory and they would settle down and become the foundation of his clan. Whether they thought he would take forever to complete the task, or if they were hoping he would do it sooner, there is a sense of wonder among them when they make a few discoveries about their friend. The first is Heron, realizing he is half of a mated pair. That indicates to them that he is fully connected to the planet which significantly alters their idea of Grabon’s relationship with him. That confuses them almost as much as the two other power claims on his territory. To say they are surprised by what they find is an understatement is alters their idea of who Grabon is and what type of territory they have awandered into.
