Your visit was so meaningful! Evidently one student was scheduled to have a very special meeting to talk tech with someone in our building and turned them down to come to class. They didn’t want class to end (as you noticed). What you don’t know is what was next for them in the schedule. You may guess something not so motivating? Nope, recess. That’s right, they would rather stay in our writing class and hear from you than go to recess on a sunny day in December, in Kodiak Alaska!
