NewEarth Equality

The idea of being equal yet different is a huge part of the NewEarth world. Hanna may have been traumatized, but she is equally important, and equally valued to everyone else. Gordon may have the most visible, vibrating power, but he is equally valued as anyone else. Not more, not less. The same is true for the dragons of the Combined Territories. Pia is no less valuable for her five colors and odd time in a territory nest. Lars is not considered more valuable because of his connection to the council.

Of course equal value is still a problem among other humans of NewEarth. It is an issue for the dragons as well. Grabon and Heron believe and put into practice a system that recognizes each clan members contribution and values them for what they do, who they are, and how they contribute to the whole.
