Hipita

Hipita is a female dragon you will meet in Acceptance, she eventually becomes Lars’s mate and she is pretty amazing. I don’t want to give too much away, but aside from her colorful appearance, she lived most of her life in a healing nest, always in the company of the sick or the injured. As you can imagine after 50 cycles, she has learned a thing or two about caring for and looking after the sick. However after finally escaping that life, those are not the skills she is really interested in.

I know people like this, they work on cars all day so they pay someone to work on their own car. Or having retired from an accounting firm, they pay someone else to do their taxes. I can relate in lots of ways. We all have skills that we use for long periods of time whether it is managing a large and busy household or being a business manager that after thirty years, we are quite happy to pass the torch on to someone younger and step away from the job.

In Hipita’s case, she has some reservations when it comes to healers. It takes some time for her to get past them. Look for Acceptance: NewEarth6 on October 10th on Amazon.
