Delays and Weather

Having spent so much time in Alaska, 20 years, and being accustomed to all sorts of things that cause delays, we were not surprised when it turns out getting a new modem delivered was going to take a few extra days. The latest projection for delivery is now Wednesday. However it surprised me when they could find no record of the modem I ordered on Thursday. By Saturday I expected them to have processed and sent it especially when I was promised delivery by Friday, which seemed unbelievably fast to me.

So the upshot is… we are once again in a parking lot, making use of free WiFi and contacting the outside world. We are facing rolling storm systems and lots of intermittent heat and sunshine, so I hope My garden will benefit and grow like crazy!
