Orders delayed

I ordered a pair of shoes. Now if you have ever gone through this, you know that it is a very risky sort of thing. You know the shoes had to be fantastic for me to take the risk, but of course the order did not go smoothly. About four weeks from placing the order I got the dreaded email, yes the shoes I wanted were out of stock. Do I want to reorder? Now what exactly does that mean, because in some places that means, if we cancel this order and you reorder you can get the shoes, but at a higher cost. If you do not, you cannot get those shoes, not from us and we will draw this out as long as possible. Since I did not want to pay more for the shoes… I said no I would wait… I of course really want those shoes, but I also really hope they fit. Arg! I hate ordering shoes on line.
